"Terms of Use" agreement may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. The demo software is provided as means of evaluation and compatibility of software with your existing environment. The demo software should not be used in live or production environment where external users may use the functionalities.

This software is protected by copyright laws, and is owned by the Yasna Inc. No User may reproduce, or otherwise use, for commercial purposes the information provided by Newsletter Dispenser website or software without the express written consent of Yasna Inc. Without such written permission, no User may use or commercially exploit the software or other data obtained by use of the service, directly or indirectly. All materials on this site are owned by Yasna Inc. or by the member who has supplied the data. No programs or software may be modified or altered, merged with other data or published in any form.

Yasna reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with Yasna in asserting any available defenses.
